Once the knowledge model is ready, employees can interact with the conversational AI agent through a user interface on our website to answer all of their questions.

Yes, once you create an account, you will be able to log into an administrator account on our website, upload all of your documents to your account, and then press a button to train a conversational AI agent. Once the agent has been trained, you will receive a link to access the agent, which you can share with your employees. You will also be able to see all of the questions your employees ask and the answers they receive to all of those questions, along with basic analytics such as the types of questions employees are asking, their sentiment, etc. We will anonymize all of the questions to protect your employees' privacy.
