About Cascade AI

We built AI that does the work.

Every enterprise runs on two things: the systems that store information, and the people who execute the work between them.
Cascade deploys purpose-built AI agents that close the gap
between what enterprise systems know and what enterprise teams can execute, and we are doing it at scale.

The execution wave is here.

The first wave of enterprise AI delivered real value: faster search, smarter assistants, better access to information. Organizations invested, and those investments paid off.

Execution is what remained out of reach. An employee navigating a cancer diagnosis, a leave request, or a first day on the job is still opening tickets, waiting for approvals, and navigating systems that were never built to talk to each other.

The bottleneck was never information. It has always been the gap between what enterprise systems know and what gets done.

We built Cascade to close that gap. We call this category Agentic Workflow Automation: AI agents that interpret intent, enforce policy, and execute governed workflows end-to-end across the systems enterprises already run.

The functions we serve.

HR Operations is where we started because no other enterprise function carries the same combination of policy complexity, transaction volume, and direct impact on every employee’s financial security, from open enrollment and leave management to onboarding and offboarding at global scale.

IT Operations runs on the same structural challenge: governed, repeatable workflows consuming team capacity through manual routing, ticket queues, and cross-system coordination that Cascade resolves through a single intelligent layer.

G&A and Business Operations is the natural next frontier, where Cascade agents are now extending into finance, legal, and procurement workflows: invoice routing, vendor onboarding, procurement approvals, and legal request triage. The execution bottleneck in these functions is just as large as the one HR and IT have been absorbing for years, and the path to closing it is the same.

One layer.
Every system.
End-to-end.

Cascade’s agentic AI layer sits across your existing systems of record: HRIS, ITSM, benefits administration, and more. Our agents know the employee, understand their eligibility, read your policy, and execute. They do not surface information and wait for a human to act; they read the policy, confirm eligibility, and complete the transaction.

An employee who needs to onboard, request equipment, and enroll in benefits has one conversation, and Cascade resolves it across every system involved. HR and IT stop being the routing layer between employees and their systems, and the capacity that frees up goes toward the judgment-intensive work that brought most of them to the profession in the first place.

The platform deploys in two to four weeks, runs on infrastructure you already own, and requires no custom engineering to get started.

Integrations

Built for organizational complexity.

We came to this problem from Microsoft, where we spent years building AI systems designed to operate Azure at massive scale. That experience gave us a durable conviction: AI delivers real enterprise value only when it is built for the specific context, policy, and complexity of organizational work. General-purpose models cannot do this. Purpose-built agents, designed for how large organizations actually operate, can.

That conviction is in the architecture of the platform and in how we hire and build. We are an outcomes-first team, accountable for what ships, what our customers see in production, and what we learn from real deployments at enterprise scale. We are growing fast, building in Bellevue, and looking for engineers and enterprise go-to-market leaders who want to build AI that ships to real organizations and does real work.
